The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the Primary User on a Lease Contract and named on the Title and/or Owners Registration (if applicable). The primary user/lessee is determined by who is listed first on the lease contract, who must also be the primary driver, and whose address must be on the registration. Proof of insurance in the name of the lease customer is required. The vehicle being used to qualify for this returning lessee program must have been registered in the name of the qualifying lessee for a minimum of 30 days prior to the new lease or purchase. The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
